You can pick a ready-made creation from the catalogue, or build your object in My Workshop, our built-in studio: 17 generators — keyrings, door signs, pet tags, vases, Gridfinity bins, QR codes, glasses frames… — where you set some text, dimensions and colours, and the file is generated for you. No technical skill needed.

That's the most common use. A figurine, an object engraved with a name, a piece sized exactly to a shelf: you start from a catalogue model, adjust whatever the creator made customisable, and a printer near you makes it.

Appliance knobs, gears, clips, brackets: when the manufacturer no longer sells the spare, reprinting it usually costs far less than replacing the appliance. If the model already exists you order it directly; if not, you can ask a modeller to draw it from photos and measurements.

It depends on each printer: their queue, the print time of your part, and how they work. No production lead time is announced automatically — to find out, ask the printer you picked, in the order's messaging. They answer you directly.

The delivery time, on the other hand, is estimated by the carrier at payment. And if the printer is nearby, collecting in person removes that step altogether.

It depends on the amount of material, the machine time and delivery. The quote is calculated automatically from your file sliced on our servers, then shown printer by printer — each has their own rates. It is instant, free and commits you to nothing.

The printer prepares a tracked parcel, delivered to your address or dropped at the pickup point of your choice — the list of those around your address is offered at checkout. The cost is based on the real dimensions of what will be printed, not a flat rate, and you see it before you pay.

Yes, when the printer is close enough: collection in person is then offered at quote time, and shipping costs disappear. The exact address is only shared once the order is paid.

The dimensions, material, colour and finish you approved are contractual: if the part you receive departs from them, with photos to show it, the order is refunded. Payment goes through the platform and only reaches the printer once the order is complete — a claim filed within seven days suspends that payment, and after that it remains admissible.

Print quality itself is not guaranteed: an obvious defect that makes the part unusable counts as non-conformity, but for everything else — an imperfect finish, a result that disappoints — support looks at each case and opens a mediation with the printer. Changing your mind about a compliant part gives no right to a refund; there too, support can step in.
