Account deletion

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of your account and of all the personal data associated with it.

Deleting your account permanently removes the following data:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
• The 3D models you imported and their associated files
• Your messages and conversation history
• The content you published on the platform

Note: In accordance with statutory accounting and tax obligations, data relating to your orders is kept for 5 years after the order ends.

You can also handle the deletion of your account directly from the settings of the Dimap app.

Your request will be processed within a maximum of one (1) month from the date it is received. Your data will be deleted within one (1) month of your account being deleted.
